Inside Sales Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our client's team in Burnaby. This is a fantastic opportunity with a multinational organization. 

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday temp to hire position.

In the Inside Sales Coordinator role, you will be responsible for,

  • Process system orders secured by the sales team, ensuring that technical content and pricing are accurate.
  • Interacting with customers via phone and email
  • Selling to customers and providing quotes
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the company on inbound telephone & email sales requests.
  • Screen incoming customer sales requests for technical details, delivery requirements, and pricing requirements.
  • Provide standard product pricing and quotes to clients where applicable.
  • Follow up and expedite all deliveries on equipment and drawings.
