Regional Service Manager

Our client, a highly established market leader in the fire safety and security industry, has a rare opportunity for a Regional Service Manager to join their growing team.

As the Regional Fire & Security Service Manager, you will establish and implement objectives, plans, programs, budgets and other accountability factors for effectively and economically implementing the branch’s service strategies. 


Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Gathering essential data and performing analyses,
  • Motivating and monitoring employee performance
  • Maximizing profits through cost management
  • Supervising field Technicians and Coordinators
  • Regular client visits 


What will help you succeed:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience supervising technicians 
  • Ability to stay organized 
  • Strong analytical ability 
  • An electrical background and/or Fire Safety background would be considered a strong asset
