Front Office Admin / Customer Service

TPD's Vancouver based client is currently looking for a Front Office / Customer Service professional. The client is a affordable housing provider, and needs support at their various buildings in the Vancouver area.

The shifts available are 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am. The more flexible you in terms of location and shift availability, the better the chance of working full-time hours every week.

Part-time work (2-3 shifts per week) is also a possibility.

Duties:

  • First point of contact for walk ins/residents
  • Arrivals - check in / out as required
  • Liaising with Building Manager / Supervisor to coordinate any requests
  • Answer any questions that the residents may have

The position offers:

  • $16/hour, 7.5 hours/day
  • Transit accessible location
  • An opportunity to work full-time hours, based on your schedule
  • Can turn into something longer term, if it is mutually a good fit
  • Weekly pay

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience an asset
  • A clear criminal record check (will be processed on our end)
  • Comfortable interacting with, and helping, people
  • Good interpersonal skills
