Role Summary 

The Warehouse Manager oversees the essential functions and day to day operations of Evolved Extraction’s warehouses. This role manages the inventory, ERP system, and auditing of product on a constant and consistent basis.  A successful Warehouse Manager is able to juggle multiple different vendor relationships, negotiate and impact cost for product, and leverage eCommerce platforms to increase sales while decreasing cost per SKU.

Major Responsibilities 

  • Vendor Management - Negotiate and purchase inventory relevant to Evolved Extraction’s client needs.  Research and identify new products that the company can add to inventory to increase sales.
  • Inventory Management - Create and execute a strategic inventory management system, managing roughly 600 SKU items and growing. Leverage ERP program to provide accurate inventory numbers and cost.
  • Systems Management and Implementation - Learn, implement, and consistently manage an electronic ERP platform that houses all inventory counts, audits, and costs.
  • People Management - Oversee Warehouse Associates in order packaging, shipping, and order accuracy.  Train and develop current and future Warehouse Associates in proper order management and speed for fulfillment.
  • Ordering - Provide cost analysis and ROI on products pertaining to current staff and make recommendations based on market trends for inventory selection and new product implementation.
  • Process and Procedure Creation - Own and develop a streamlined process and procedure strategy that incorporates written policies and training materials.

Technical Qualifications 

  • Experience with different ERP systems from implementation to execution. (Preference to Quickbooks Exp.)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Policy and Procedure writing exp.

Experience Requirements 

  • 1-3 years experience in a Warehouse Logistics or Management position
  • 1+ years experience managing people in a warehouse setting
  • 1-3 years experience working with inventory management systems (Preference for QuickBooks Experience)
  • ​Forklift Ticket (Preferred, but not required)
