Service Manager

A well-respected company within the hydraulics and industrial space is seeking a service management professional to oversee their day-to-day operations. 

Job Description 

  • Lead a team of technicians and service writers to uphold service standards 
  • Manage, promote and coordinate all service operations 
  • Ensure all estimates are handled in a timely manner with frequent status reports 
  • Ensure all product conversions are completely within a scheduled time frame 
  • Manage all project flow 
  • Delegate work-force 
  • Handle service conflicts and complaints 
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment 
  • Provide technical support to technicians as required


  • Experience in a service managerial position in a relevant industry (Hydraulics, Aircraft, industrial etc.)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues 
  • Strong leadership experience 
  • Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects and delegate staff 
  • Comfortable working in a team orientated environment 

Whats on offer?

  • Base salary + bonus ($70,000 - $90,000) 
  • 5 days work 8am - 5pm 
  • Paid vacation
