HR Administrator

Our client is seeking an HR Administrator to join their team. If you are an energetic and meticulous individual with HR Administration & payroll experience, then we have an exciting opportunity for you!!

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Maintain and monitor the Human Resources Administration systems both computerized and paper; ensuring the data is stored effectively and create reports
  • Support ISO processes and procedures, corrective action requests and spearhead HR audits
  • Administer extended health and dental benefits and short term and long term disability claims ensuring paperwork is completed correctly and processed in a timely manner
  • Produce employment offer letters to new employees. Liaise directly with new employees answering questions where necessary in a professional manner
  • Undertake any specialist Human Resources projects within capabilities 
  • Support the recruitment process by creating and posting job positions, phone screening, interviewing entry-level positions and completing reference checks
  • Ensure the onboarding process is properly administered and facilitated undertaking the HR aspects for the new employees
  • Undertake all clerical, administrative and communication duties associated with the Human Resources department. This includes arrangements for probationary reviews and benefits entitlement


Requirements for the role: 

  • Previous experience in benefits administration 
  • Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically
  • Very high attention and desire to maintain detailed and process driven HRIS system
