TPD's client, a well established law firm based in Edmonton, is looking for a HR Coordinator to cover a mat leave position. This is a long-term, 22 to 24 hours per week temporary position, for 12-13 months. If you have prior experience in the below areas, and are comfortable with a flexible 3-4 day/week schedule, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.
Working with the Manager of Administration, as the HR Coordinator, you will provide assistance in a few different areas:
Benefits administration: 30-50% of your time will be spent in this area
Sick days and vacation tracking:
Liaise with Payroll:
