Mobile Operations Manager

A successful Mobile Patrol Manager will be responsible for managing, maintaining and improving all aspects of the delivery of quality services to an existing key client base while nurturing new or potential leads into valued long term clients as pertaining to Mobile Patrol and Alarm response clients. In addition, the Mobile Patrol Manager will work with the mobile patrol team to optimize patrol schedules and improve processes to optimize the service delivery to our clients.

What you will be doing:

  • Liaison between Client and Securiguard to resolve challenges and ensure the delivery of services meets or exceeds expectations. 
  • Meet with clients on a regular basis to ascertain future needs and level of satisfaction. 
  • Interview new hires and review performance to ensure continued quality assurance. 
  • Coordinate and optimize all patrol schedules ensure work is distributed properly. 
  • Identify and promote security officers from within for job enrichment or advancement opportunities.
  • Review daily Operations Reports associated with the Mobile Department, Mobile Reports, Assignment Sheets  and E-911 Responses.
  • Work with the Fleet Manager to organize fleet movement and coaching mobile teams to ensure vehicle maintenance. 
  • Create and update policy and procedures, accident reporting processes to ensure quality assurance and maintain internal documentation or reports as required.
  • Initiate visits or receive calls from potential clients with the vision of
    turning them into long-term clients.
  • Brief and report directly to the Director of Operations as well as other executives as required. 
  • Maintain all scheduling duties for mobile patrollers and dispatchers. 

 

What you bring to the table.

  • 3-5 Years Experience within the security industry. 
  • Post Secondary Education (Preferred, but not required)
  • World-Class Customer Service Mentality.
  • Self motivated; demonstrated ability to produce results while working independently. 
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Sales and management training is an asset. 
  • Proven ability to problem solve, plan, analyze, organize, exercise judgment, make effective decisions and effective use of delegation and empowerment are important assets to success in this position.
  • Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License
