National Operations & Sales Director (Fire Safety)

Our client, a highly established leader in the fire and security industry, has a rare opportunity for a Branch Network Director (National Operations & Sales Director) to lead its Fire sales and operations nationally. The position requires a forward-thinking and highly driven leader to oversee growth and profitability objectives for a network of branch offices coast-to-coast. Directly leading branch managers, the incumbent will facilitate teamwork and communication amongst Fire branch sales, installation, service and administrative personnel in tandem with the corporate functional teams. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures branch network achievement of sales, profitability and operational objectives as detailed within the annual business financial plan
  • Holds branch network accountable in compliance to company policies and practices, pricing, contract terms, billing, collections, documentation procedures, and industry standards. 
  • Coaches, guides and develops direct reports and regularly evaluates their performance. 



  • Post secondary Degree/Diploma in Business or technical discipline, OR possesses an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Experience in the Fire safety industry
  • Commercial business experience, including management/strategic planning/budgeting. 
  • Strong knowledge of PC based applications (Microsoft Office Suite etc.) 
  • In-depth knowledge of management practices and techniques in a business-to-business sales environment.
