TPD's client, a leading hearing clinic across Canada, is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join their team on an ongoing basis.
As a Customer Care Representative, you will sit at the front desk for the hearing clinic and be responsible for providing exceptional, consistent quality service to customers in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
This client has two open positions, one role is based in their New Westminster location and the second position a 'floater' position and you will be working at several of their clinics in the lower mainland area.
