Our client, a leader in the security, first aid and labour dispute management industry, is looking for a full-time receptionist to join their team in their Richmond office! Looking to start immediately, this position is responsible for the smooth and effective operating of the front end of the business. You will be the primary contact for any clients and customers both in person and over the phone.


Pay: $18.00/hour

Location: Richmond, BC

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30 minute lunch)


Primary responsibilities of the receptionist:

  • Managing the front desk of the organization while providing excellent customer service
  • Supporting administrative functions
  • Behaving in a professional manner
  • Complete other duties as required



  • Reception and office experience
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and able to follow directions
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft word/excel/outlook
  • Immediate availability is a must
  • Position is transit accessible however, a vehicle would be an asset
