Customer Service Representative

Our client, a Vancouver-based Logistics firm, is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Located in Delta, this position would is responsible for all aspects of customer service including order entry, billing, export documentation, and customer return processing. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be required to provide prompt, courteous and effective response to client requests and inquiries.

Pay: $15/hour

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures and client specific SOP’s to ensure service standards are met.
  • Order processing
  • Receiving/Inventory Control
  • Billing
  • Returns processing
  • Customs documentation


Skills and Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Must have strong computer skills (word, excel and typing speed)
  • Be very detail oriented
  • Very strong interpersonal skills - will be working directly with customers
  • Strong communication verbally and written
  • Likes to be busy!
