Our client, a leading furniture technology, functionality and design firm, is currently looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their Richmond, BC location. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position.
With locations around the world, and Canadian head office based in Ontario, the client has wide spread operations and continues to grow every year. This branch, located close to Richmond IKEA, has a small showroom area and a warehouse (shipping/receiving) operation.
As a Customer Service Representative, your main goal would be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and knowledgeable service to the customers and support to the client's sales staff.
